One method we offer for getting your computer repairs is to bring it to our office and check it in. Most computers checked in this way will be returned within 1-2 business days depending on the problem. We understand how critical these machines are to your everyday life, we will get them back to you as soon as they are available.

In office, we only bill for the time we actually spend in front of your computer, so things like viruses, spyware, windows updates, etc are more cost effective to be fixed in office.

At Your Business

We also offer on-site repairs. These on-site repairs generally follow a set of guidelines. We do not generally allow for things like viruses, spyware, malware, operating system faults for onsite repairs. When we are onsite we are billing for the entirety of the time at your location. It is cheaper for you to have these types of issues troubleshooted in office.
